Meet Dr. Rondot
Dr. Hilary Rondot went to the University of Alberta for her Bachelor of Science Degree before getting accepted into the Western College of Veterinary Medicine and graduating from there in 2016. Career opportunities first took her up to work in Fort McMurray after their devastating forest fires in a general practice and emergency clinic mixed setting. Knowing Calgary was always where she wanted to call home, she did return here, where she continued working in general practice, emergency clinic settings and with exotic animals.
In 2024, Hilary decided to fully switch back to general practice only as she missed being able to build long-lasting relationships with clients and their pets. She is very excited to bring her wide range of knowledge and skills to her clients to maximize animal health and build the human-animal bond.
Outside of work she is busy with her two energetic young boys and her hobbies of gardening, home renovations, belly dancing and the outdoors. When she gets a chance, she likes to take a relaxing walk with her rescue dog, Bane, or curl up on the couch with her cat, Bonny.
